Hey there! I’m Micah Ridenour, the founder and coach behind Ridenour Fitness. My journey into fitness has been a wild ride, full of ups, downs, and everything in between.
I’ve dabbled in pretty much every fitness technique you can think of— a different diet every month, CrossFit, calorie counting, you name it. I even lost 80 pounds at one point, only to face the rollercoaster of regaining it and starting over. It was tough, but it taught me that true fitness isn’t just about numbers. It’s about finding what works for you and sticking with it.
I’ve been there, and I get it. I have a soft spot for anyone who’s struggled with weight fluctuations or finding that perfect balance. My passion now is helping others create a healthier, happier life with a focus on mindset, nutrition, and movement. I’m here to make your journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible!
